We need a person who meets the following requirements:

  1.  have at least three years of accounting work experience.
  2.  At least three years of full-time study for a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  3.  A person with a CA or ACCA certificate may be the most suitable.

Regular Duties:

 

· Recording financial transactions and balancing the books

· Cross-referencing the books against bank statements and other source documents to confirm accuracy

· Creating and sending invoices, and following up to get them paid

· Making sure invoices from suppliers are accurate and paid in a timely manner

· Calculating pay and deductions

· Filing GST returns and income returns

· Producing annual profit and loss and balance sheet reports

· Summarising and analysing the business’s financial position
