Duty Managers & Team Members
We are looking for Duty Managers & Team Members (multiple positions) for the busy Pizza Hut Stores.
For the Duty Manager role, some of the daily tasks would be:
- Promote in-store offers, advertisements and promotions
- Organize and monitor inventory levels
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages
- Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items
- Prepare food items with the store staff
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
- Maintain product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards
- Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services
- Training, evaluating staff, and resolving staff grievances
- Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service
- Take feedback from the customers
- Perform delivery tasks when required
- Respond to customer’s inquiries and complaints
- Ensure customer service standards are met
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift
Working on weekends, late night and be available on-calls are required for this position.
Offered wage rate: $25 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
You should have relevant qualification or have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
You should have a full valid driving license for this role.
All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.

For the Team Member position, some of the tasks would be:
- Greeting customers both on the phone and in person
- Serving customers
- Upselling menu items and products
- Processing payments
- Quality control of pizzas and other food items
- Safely preparing pizzas and other food items
- Perform the delivery task
- Assisting fellow team members during service
- General cleaning duties
- Maintain and comply with employer's policies and procedure
- Follow procedures to maintain the safety and security of all employees, guests, and company assets (building, equipment, cash, supplies).
Working on weekends and be available on-calls are required for this position.
Offered Wage: $23.50 per hour (based on experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand and have relevant work experience. However, prior work experience is not mandatory as proper training will be provided.
You should have a full valid driving license for this role.
All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
