Fresh NZ Painters Ltd is a leading provider of painting and renovation services, specializing in residential and commercial painting . We are looking for professional painter to joint our friendly team.

Position: Painter 

Location ： Auckland

Type ：Full time, Permanent

Hourly rate: $30- $33

Work hours: Minimum 30 hours /week  

Monday to Saturday

Job description: 

Apply paint and other finishes to surfaces, such as walls, ceilings, and furniture.

Prepare surfaces for painting, and may hang wallpaper and other decorative materials.  

Remove old paint, fill holes and cracks, and wash walls

Cover fixtures and furniture to prevent messes

Build scaffolding and protect surfaces

Mixing and matching paint

Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired texture and look

Mix paint and other materials to produce the desired color and texture

Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray guns

Cut and hang wallpaper, vinyl, and backing paper

Adhere to safety protocols such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Be aware of surroundings to prevent falls and accidents

Equipment Calibrate and maintain painting equipment and Clean up painting tools and supplies.

Work with other construction professionals such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers

Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements: 

At least 2 years residential or commercial painting experience.

Have great responsibility

Good communication skills
