maintenance industry. Based in Auckland since 2022. Wehave  proudly become a

service. As the business grows, we require a Project manager to look after
multiple projects and maintain healthy relationships with our old and new
clients and contractors.

The Role
A key part of the role will be leading multiple projects from inception to
completion, ensuring projects have been completed on time and within
budget. This will be achieved by allocating adequate resources and ensuring
All materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed in advance for
scheduled jobs.


Responsibilities
1. Actively involved in client dealing, providing quotations and specific project
details, within budget and time frame.
2. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring the efficient allocation of
resources,
materials, and labor.
3. Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that the work is conducted according to
project plans,
specifications, and safety standards.
4. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and compliance with
safety and quality
regulations.
5. Ensure all projects are completed within budget while maintaining
high-quality and safety standards.
6. Lead and motivate the project team, including technicians, subcontractors,
and other
personnel.
7. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates,
addressing any
concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
8. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all work
meets the required standards.
9. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and
progress reports.
10. Regularly update progress and achievements on IT platforms and social
media to Enhance Business growth and client Base.


About You:
1. Must have relevant qualifications in Business and strategy management.
2. Able to access basic computer applications.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt
quickly in a
fast-paced environment
4. Any relevant experience, or ability to understand the project's structural and
architectural drawings and layout.
5. NZ full driver’s license is required
6. You might need to travel out of Auckland as some projects are ongoing in
Hamilton and
nearby.
7. Available to work after hours, on weekends, and Public holidays if required
to ensure
project completion on time and within budget.
8. Honest and reliable with a clean Police record
9. A trustworthy and professional attitude
10. The ability to assess and understand the effort involved in small to larger
projects from a
cost perspective.
11. Physically fit as some hands-on work may be required
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. The majority of our clients and contractors are from the Indian community,
so alongside English, the ability to communicate in certain Indian languages
would be an advantage.
