Qualifications Level 3 &4 while working with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read Plans: Understand blueprints and specifications to know what materials and
steps are needed. - Order Materials: Get the right timbers and materials, and plan the layout.
- Cut and Assemble: Cut materials to size, then assemble and nail them together.
- Build Structures: Put up frameworks, roof framing, and floors; check everything is
accurate. - Install Exterior Parts: Attach fascia panels, roof sheathing, wall cladding, and
door/window frames. - Assemble Wood Structures: Put together wood parts to form structures and fittings.
- Cut Joints: Make precise wood joints.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 4 qualification or completion of compulsory secondary education OR at least
three years of relevant work experience (Construction)
Preferred Applicant would have:
- Ability to handle physical tasks and operate construction tools and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
