About the role
As an Operations Administrator you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of our Kerikeri Traffic Team, driving efficiency and excellent communication. You will be responsible for managing bookings, processing timesheets & invoices, communicating with clients and assisting the Operations Manager to help support a strong forward works program.
This is a permanent, full-time role starting at 6:00am through to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have some flexibility to work additional days/hours to meet the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Operations Manager with resourcing required to meet traffic management plan requirements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to book their TTM requirements into the schedule.
• Assure effective job records in scheduling system, process timesheets, assist Operations Manager with timely invoicing, and ensure system compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you’ll bring to the role
• Prior administration experience is essential, with a focus on resource allocation
• Excellent people skills - proven ability to communicate well.
• Prior experience liaising with internal and external customers with proven success. You will be confident building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure fit-for-purpose service delivery.
• A knowledge and commitment to operational health and safety best practice
• Full clean New Zealand Driver’s License
• Previous experience in traffic management is beneficial
