Marketing & Communications Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and innovative professional to shape and deliver the organisation’s marketing strategy and communication initiatives.In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for: Developing and implementing a cohesive brand strategy Ensuring strengthened brand awareness and optimisation Planning and delivering the annual marketing calendar Engaging with suppliers and merchandisers to support the PBO brand Assisting with the delivery of internal and external communications Building and managing strong relationships with key media platforms Overseeing all social media channels and creating engaging content Developing targeted campaigns to promote services, new product launches and seasonal offers Establishing partnerships with local businesses, schools and community organisations to increase brand awareness Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key marketing metrics Preparing and presenting monthly marketing reports and recommendations to the senior management team To be successful, you will demonstrate; 3+ years’ experience in marketing & communications roles. A tertiary qualification in marketing or business management Proficiency in consumer brand development and campaigns High levels of innovation and creativity An understanding of digital analytics and data This is the ideal position for a talented individual to take the next step into a marketing and comms management position, whilst retaining the hands-on day to day responsibilities.
