The People & Culture Advisor will provide advice and support to the Senior Leadership Team and their management teams across a range of HR functions.

This is an integral role within the People and Culture teamResponsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining awareness of current, pending and new legislative developments related to employment
  • Preparing documentation, ensuring appropriate records are retained to meet company and legislative requirements
  • Handling confidential or sensitive information or issues with tact and in a professional manner
  • Creating, supporting and encouraging the delivery of culture and engagement events and activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on key people metrics and trends

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in providing HR support and advice. You will be an experienced HR generalist with a true passion for people.
