We are looking for TWO Architectural Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in preparing architecting drawings.

Main Duties
- Preparing architectural drawings and documentation using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Developing plans, sections, elevations, and construction details
- Assisting with building consent and resource consent applications
- Ensuring designs comply with New Zealand Building Code and local council regulations
- Liaising with architects, engineers, and consultants as needed
- Attending site visits and preparing related reports
- Managing and organising project documentation
- Supporting the design team throughout different project phases
- Maintaining accuracy and meeting project deadlines
- Following company health and safety procedures
Requirements
You must either hold a Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
or
At least 24 months of relevant experience
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office is preferred, but not mandatory
- Understanding of NZ construction methods and building regulations is preferred, but not mandatory
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
