We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Auckland. This is a full-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week. This is a full-time role with an hourly rate of $24.00 with a maximum rate of up to $25.00 depending on experience and performance. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of IT systems, provide direct client support, and contribute to the development and implementation of in-house digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Be the first point of contact for IT support (phone, remote, and on-site)
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows/macOS/iOS/Android
    • Administer and maintain ERP systems, websites, and customer platforms
    • Manage cloud services (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure)
    • Perform database maintenance, audits, and compliance checks
    • Support in-house projects: software/web development and digital product launches
    • Create and manage user accounts and access controls
    • Maintain the business’s social media presence and performance analytics
    • Provide occasional training and gather new customer requirements
    • Support event marketing, email and SMS campaigns, and SEO initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
    • Master Degree in Computer or ITE
    • 10 years of experience in IT support or related roles
    • Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting, cloud platforms, and database systems
    • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and proactively
    • Understanding of social media and digital marketing tools is a plus
