Recruitment Consultant

We have an opportunity for an ambitious, and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join ourfantastic team.

An immediate start is available for this role with weekly guaranteed hours 30, and minimum payrate $29.66 per hour.

The tasks and duties of the Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:
The sales and promotion of the services of the employer to both existing and prospectiveclients.
1. The consultant is to be responsible for placement and management of labour hire workers,for the Success Group nationwide. Support staff are to be appointed as required.
2. Interview clients to ensure suitable selection of candidates for their requirements. Theseinterviews should be done on site wherever possible.
3. Oversight of all documentation between the clients and the successful candidate.
4. Regular contact with both the successful candidates, and the clients they have been placedwith until the relationship has been passed on to a locally based placement consultant.
5. Writing and placement of advertisements to recruit prospective applicants.
6. Regularly updating advertisements being placed on the employer’s website and social mediapages
7. Post vacancies on all social media
8. Social media promotion of the Success Group
9. Interviewing and reference checking of prospective applicants to be placed on theemployer’s database. All applicants are to have the contracts and procedures of the employerexplained to them fully at the initial interview.
10. Regularly checking the files of applicants that have applied for registration with theemployer.

You will need to have/be:
1. At least 3 years' experience in sales and marketing.
2. A successful sales history in the recruitment industry.
3. Proven results in achieving KPI's and Sales targets.
4. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
5. Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
6. A pro-active attitude and enjoy using your initiative.
7. A sense of humour.
8. A valid driving license.

9. Able to travel.
10. Able to submit and pass a drug test.
