The role will include, but not limited to:

Read floor plans and job sheets, measure areas to be covered, and plan the work. Communicate with project managers.

Prepare floor surfaces for installation by removing existing or previous flooring materials.

Measure, cut, and install underlay flooring materials according to agreed-upon blueprints and sketches.

Create floor layouts, center lines, and borders using chalk and other dividers.
-
Install vinyl, carpet, linoleum, laminate, hardwood, tile floors, and other resilient flooring materials.

Secure floor coverings and fit edge trims in doorways.
-
Use rollers to finish the floor, smoothing it and pressing cement securely into the floor base and covering.

Repair any flooring installation errors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with other flooring specialists to align all types of flooring installations and meet project deadlines.

Review the completed project with the customer to ensure it meets their satisfaction.

Clean and return equipment to storage.

May install wall, ceiling, counter, and bench coverings.

Other duties maybe reasonably required by the representative of the business
Job pre-requisites:

At least 2 years working experiences with verified evidence

Relevant qualifications are preferred but not a must

Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.

physically capable to perform heavy work be able to work overtime

excellent work ethic and great time management passion for the industry.

The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions
