100 Marks Plastering Ltd is an Auckland-based construction company. We are looking for a plasterer to join us due to business needs. This is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Tasks include:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents to ensure proper plaster adhesion.

  • Mix plaster, stucco, or cement to the required consistency using hand or power tools.

  • Apply plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or exterior surfaces using trowels, brushes, or spray equipment.

  • Smooth and level surfaces with hand tools to achieve a uniform and even finish.

  • Install mesh or lath to reinforce plaster on unstable or uneven surfaces.

  • Create decorative textures or patterns using special tools or molds for aesthetic finishes.

  • Apply multiple coats of plaster including scratch, brown, and finish coats as needed.

  • Sand and polish dried plaster to achieve a smooth, paint-ready surface.

  • Repair cracks and holes in existing plaster or stucco surfaces.

  • Clean tools and work areas after completing each job to maintain safety and organization.

Job pre-requisites: 

  • Proven 1 year relevant working experience or more 

  • Relevant qualifications are preferable but not a must

  • Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.

  • physically capable of performing heavy work be able to work overtime 

  • excellent work ethics and great time management passion for the industry.

  • The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions

  • Valid drive license
