Key Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in and phone customers with auto part inquiries and sales.

  • Identify correct parts based on customer needs using catalogs and systems.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and inventory.

  • Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.

  • Build and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers.

  • Ensure shelves are stocked and organized, and assist with stocktaking.

  • Liaise with suppliers for special orders or unavailable items.

Requirements

  • Relevant Qualification or Relevant Experience 

  • 30 hours per week an $25 to $30 per hour

  • Strong knowledge of car makes, models, and related parts.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

  • Physically able to lift parts and stand for extended periods.

  • A full driver’s licence is an advantage.
