Property Maintenance Limited is a well-known construction/maintenance company. We have an exciting opportunity for you to work with us.

The duties of the position are:

  • Relevant experience or a relevant qualification preferred
  • Reparing broken windows, screens, doors, fences, etc
  • replacing defective items such as bulbs, 
  • repairing and painting interior and exterior surfaces such as walls, ceilings and fences
  • clearing rubbish and leaves from driveways once work has been completed
  • adjusting doors and windows
  • putting up handrails and grab rails

Applicant must be able to do:

-          Flexible working hours, including weekends and Public Holidays as the role requires.

-          Relevant experience preferred

-          Must be physically strong and fit

-          Ability to work well in team

-          Ability to perform well in a busy environment

Salary range for the position: Around $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
