We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing property services company based in Auckland, for a Business Development Manager.
About the Role:
This role is all about growing the business – finding new clients, building relationships, and helping secure renovation and maintenance projects. You’ll work closely with the internal team to make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Main Duties:

Find new business and sales opportunities

Build and manage client relationships

Send quotes and proposals to potential clients

Work with the project team to deliver good customer service

Keep track of leads and sales using a CRM system

Occasionally travel outside Auckland if needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in sales or business development

Good communication and people skills

Able to work independently and manage time well

Some knowledge of property or construction would be a bonus
