Recruiting 4 x Hairdresser/Barber for Hang Thi Ngoc Truong T/A Angel Hair Zone

Angel Hair Zone is based in the heart of Mangere Bridge, we are hairdressing and beauty specialists. We offer personalized hair & beauty services. Our service is welcomed by our local community. We are looking to recruit 4 x  Hairdresser/Barber and the positions are full-time permanent role with at least 30 hours (or more depending on the business) each week.

Workdays will be on the roster and hours of work will be between 9 am to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Sunday. Depending on how busy we are you may need to work on public holidays. The pay rate will be between NZD $26 - $30 per hour depending on your skills and experience.

Your duties will include:

Haircuts & Styling:

  • Precision haircuts and designs for men, women, and children.
  • Expertise in executing fades, razor fades, and beard styling.
  • Crafting and shaping beards to match individual styles.
  • Hair wash with head massages and blow dry, blow wave, setting, and iron straightening.
  • Styling and tailoring hairstyles to meet individual client preferences.

Hair Treatments & Services:

  • Hair perming, creating curls and waves for both men and women.
  • Hair permanent straightening and keratin straightening treatments.
  • Hair extensions, highlights, balayage, hidden highlights, ombre, and root touch-ups.
  • Hair tattoos and other unique, personalized hair designs.

Hair Care & Maintenance:

  • Offering expert advice on hair care and beauty products.
  • Administering thorough cleansing and nourishment treatments for hair and scalp.
  • Performing hair color applications and straightening treatments.

Sanitation & Workspace Maintenance:

  • Ensuring all tools are sterilized regularly and the workspace remains immaculately clean.
