Arjun Dhillon Limited trading as Mid City Auto Repairs in Petone is looking for up to 3 mechanics to join their team. We are open to employing junior and intermediate mechanics who are committed and passionate - Hit apply now if you are interested!

We gaurantee a minimum of 30 hours per week over Monday - Sunday as we operate 7 days a week.

To be successful in this role, you will have at least will have 2 years workshop experience as a mechanic or mechanic's assistant. Remuneration ranges from $28 - $31 per hour. 

The key duties of a mechanic include:

  • Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and parts using a scan tool.
  • Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components.
  • Repairing and installing required parts.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups.
