ORAONE Pharmaceuticals Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Wiri, Auckland, equipped with advanced machinery and operated by an experienced management team. As part of our expansion, we are seeking two skilled Fitter-Welders to join our maintenance and equipment support team. This role will involve machinery maintenance, structural repair, and on-site installations.

Key Responsibilities

· Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions to determine materials, welding methods, and process sequences

· Install, position, and align metal parts and subassemblies for the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, or structural frameworks

· Select and weld metal components according to engineering specifications using MIG, TIG, or arc welding techniques

· Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions, alignment, and clearances

· Set up and operate fabrication machinery to cut, grind, or perform basic shaping of metal components

· Cut, bend, thread, and install various components such as pipes and fittings as required

· Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and structures

· Assist with on-site installation, commissioning, or structural reinforcement tasks when necessary

Skills and Requirements

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in fitting and welding

· NZQF Level 4 qualification in welding or mechanical trade (preferred)
