Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and have an interest in vape products and accessories? We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and help customers find the right products for their needs.

  • Identify customer needs and offer expert guidance on suitable products, including details on pricing, warranty, delivery, and proper product use and care

  • Showcase and clearly explain product features, benefits, and store services to enhance the customer experience

  • Sell vape devices, e-liquids, accessories, and other lifestyle goods offered by the store

  • Process payments accurately via multiple methods and issue receipts or invoices accordingly

  • Assist with stock management tasks including inventory updates, stock level monitoring, and participating in regular stocktakes

  • Maintain a clean and well-organised store by restocking shelves, merchandising displays, and carefully packing sold items for pickup or delivery

About You:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential

  • Reliable, honest, and customer-focused

  • Ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision

  • Interest in vaping products and willingness to learn
