- Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination and dispute resolution
- Providing superior customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience
- Conducting comprehensive market research to provide accurate rental appraisals and advice to landlords
- Negotiating new leases and renewals to maximise returns for property owners
- Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are resolved promptly
- Keeping detailed records and providing regular reporting to clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow the property management portfolio
- Management of a team of 3
- Experience in a property management role within the residential sector
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for real estate
