With an average of 70 new properties added to their portfolio each week, they are positioned as one of the most active and dynamic property management networks in the region.

The Position
Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Senior Property Manager to join a high-performing real estate network in Western Sydney. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
    • Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination and dispute resolution
    • Providing superior customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring a positive experience
    • Conducting comprehensive market research to provide accurate rental appraisals and advice to landlords
    • Negotiating new leases and renewals to maximise returns for property owners
    • Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and that any issues are resolved promptly
    • Keeping detailed records and providing regular reporting to clients
    • Identifying opportunities to grow the property management portfolio
    • Management of a team of 3
The Candidate
  • Experience in a property management role within the residential sector
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for real estate
