- Ingoing inspections
- Tenant Management
- Lease renewal & rent reviews.
- Upload property advertisements
- Work closely with the Senior Property Manager
- Professional presentation & strong communication skills
- To operate independently as well as work in a team
- At least 2 years Property Management experience is essential.
- Must have a current Certificate of Registration
