We are looking for carpenters for our client based in Auckland.

Main goal of the role: To contribute skilled carpentry work in the construction, installation, and repair of structural and finish components on the jobsite and to ensure that all wood-based structures and fixtures are built accurately, safely and according to design specifications, supporting the timely and high quality completion of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to interpret project drawings and execute it rightly.
  • Must be willing to work outside Auckland projects if necessary.
  • Able to undertake any other tasks being requested by the employer reasonably.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting time schedule.
  • Must have a good attitude and self-motivated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years minimum verifiable experience
  • Knowledgable on rough carpentry (Framing and Shuttering)
  • Knowledge on handling concrete, preferred but not required
