What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage supplier relationships to secure pricing, quality, and timely delivery

  • Oversee client accounts and maintain exceptional service standards

  • Prepare accurate quotes using supplier pricing and tailored margins

  • Act as the key liaison between clients, suppliers, and in-house production

  • Lead and manage campaigns or one-off jobs from start to finish

  • Maintain accurate project records and track costs and timelines

  • Recommend process improvements to boost workflow efficiency

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, production)

  • Communicate professionally across phone, email, and meetings

  • Take initiative and support the wider team as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in print (management, production, agency, or collateral)

  • Strong knowledge of print processes, substrates, and artwork specs

  • Excellent Estimating, Quoting, and Excel skills (Tharstern is a plus)

  • Experience with FMCG, retail, or manufacturing clients is a bonus

  • Confidence working with Auckland print suppliers and understanding their machinery capabilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset

  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability

  • Ability to stay calm, organised, and upbeat in a fast-paced role

  • A team-first attitude with strong personal accountability
