S & G Botany Ltd, T/A Smart Supermarket, is located in East Auckland. We offer a wide range of groceries and other products that meet your daily needs. We now need a storeperson to help us maintain our high standard. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week.

 

 

This position involves the following tasks:

  • Receiving incoming goods and checking for damage.
  • Unloading vehicles, opening packages, and removing contents.
  • Packing containers and bags with products, and counting, weighing, and measuring amounts, and adjusting quantities.
  • Wrapping protective material around products, sealing bags and containers, and attaching a pre-printed label.
  • Labelling goods with correct details.
  • Putting goods on the correct shelf.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with regular stocktakes.
  • Other reasonable tasks required by management.

 

To qualify for the job：

  • At least one year of relevant work experience is needed. 
  • A level two or above qualification in the retail industry, or a bachelor's degree in any major, can replace work experience requirements。
  • You should have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure.
  • You should also be an organized person with good time management skills.
