Logistics and Customer Services Representative
Based in Wanganui, in this combined role, you will be delivering Logistics and Customer Service outcomes to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
• Organise transport to ensure customer orders are despatched to meet service expectations
• Work with stakeholders to plan efficient loads whilst ensuring service expectations are met
• Organise import logistics including brought in finished goods, consumables, raw materials and capital items to meet delivery requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations required to ensure offsite finished goods warehouses function correctly including timely shipping and Proof of Delivery processing.
• Support effective management of inventory including accurate cycle counting, stock control and housekeeping at W&F yards and third-party locations.
Key Attributes
• Has an attention to detail focus and a drive to continuously improve business performance
• Experience with Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) systems across functions including Customer Service, Inventory Management, Distribution, Planning and Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading projects, ideally affecting operational and corporate stakeholders
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supply Chain knowledge, specifically logistics planning.
