We are looking for a multiple Cleaners to work at our Auckland based Locations. This is a position for anyone who has attention to detail and a passion for creating a clean and welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you.

Location: Auckland

Job type: Full time - 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster.

Duration: Permanent

Pay Bracket: Minimum pay rate will be $25.00 per hour and the employer is willing to go to $30.00 per hour based on experience.

About the role:

About the role:

  • Vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstered furniture
  • Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings
  • Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins and trays
  • Stripping wax from floors, re-waxing and polishing floors
  • Cleaning and disinfecting laundry and bathroom fixtures, replenishing supplies and reporting defective plumbing fixtures
  • Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines
  • Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures
  • Applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt
  • Removing lint, dust, soot, oil, grease, sludge and other residues from machines, hulls and holds of ships, and interiors and exteriors of furnaces, boilers and tanks
  • May clean exteriors of buildings by sand-blasting and applying solvents 

We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes:

  •          Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and public holidays as per the client requirement.
  •          Knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques and equipment preferred
  •          1 year experience as a cleaner or similar role / and or relevant qualifications
  •          Positive attitude, building rapport with team and client, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  •          Excellent communication skills and handling work professionally.
  •          Great presentation and Personal Hygiene, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, always following the dress code and safety requirements.
  •      Full Drivers License
