Landscape Gardeners Wanted

Immediate start.

We are looking for full-time permanent (working at least 30 hours per week, roster from Monday to Saturday) Landscape Gardeners to grow with our team.

The location of work is within Auckland Region.

The duties include:

  • Build, maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations
  • Cultivate plants, trees and flowers, trim bushes and hedges, install plant protection tools and monitor the health of plants and provide treatment when required
  • Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, managing weed control, scatter top soil, laying instant turf, fertilising, watering and mowing
  • Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants
  • Discuss and prepare designs with clients by selecting materials and plants and scheduling landscape
  • Set up hardscape and softscape structures
  • Build walls, fences, outdoor furniture as directed by clients
  • Cutting and shaping tress using hand tools
  • Deal with pest problems that could damage plants

To be successful you will need to:

  • Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years' relevant work experience in the same field or industry,
  • OR have a relevant level 4 qualification or above（ equivalent overseas qualification can be accepted）
  • Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions
  • Be physically fit and willingness to work hard
  • Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically and effectively
  • have "can-do" attitude
