What you'll need to succeed:
• Honest, reliable, hardworking with a 'can do' attitude and willing to learn

• 5 years of work experience at a managerial level or have a bachelor's degree in business (or above)
The role will include, but not be limited to:
Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth and profit.
Utilising market insights to identify trends and develop industry expertise.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Building a strong culture for the Marketing and FMCe teams.
Developing and leading innovation projects in line with business priorities.
Analysing brand activity performance and adiust strategies to maximize ROl
Maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media.
