  • Providing support to Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors by assisting in the planning and organization of projects.
  • Analyzing and deciphering blueprints, regulations, and industry guidelines.
  • Creating initial sketches, detailed drawings, and specifications.
  • Editing and revising plans, maps, charts, and drawings as needed.
  • Orchestrating project schedules and coordinating construction activities.
  • Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and standards.
  • Estimating project costs and determining timeframes.
  • Gathering data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipment.
  • Performing routine calculations and plotting preliminary data.

You are required to have:

  • Minimum one year of work experience in the construction industry
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work at various construction sites
  • Physically fit and capable
  • Clean criminal record
