XL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED located in Auckland, is looking for 3 full-time CARPENTERS to join our team.

As a CARPENTER, you will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week on a roster. You will be responsible for:

  • Interpreted building plans to identify materials, dimensions, and installation methods.
  • Selected and ordered timber and materials, and created detailed layout plans.
  • Accurately measured and cut materials to specified dimensions.
  • Assembled wooden components to build structural and interior fittings.
  • Installed walls, roofs, stairs, windows, and boards.
  • Attached fascia panels, roof sheathing, and external wall cladding, including doors and window frames.
  • Built structural frameworks and applied cladding to both interiors and exteriors.
  • Repaired or replaced fittings as necessary.
  • Performed additional related duties as required by the role.

About you:

  • At least three years of relevant experience or NZQF Level 4 qualification.
  • Physically fit with a clear criminal record.
