With strong market presence and a growing pipeline in New Zealand, they’re now looking for a capable and driven Sales Engineer (or Account Manager with technical aptitude) to support existing clients and grow new opportunities across the country.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow a portfolio of key food manufacturing clients across New Zealand

Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for growth
-
Collaborate with customers to understand operational needs and tailor solutions
-
Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals and deliver successful implementations
-
Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and industry events
-
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the sales strategy
What You’ll Bring
-
2+ years of sales experience – ideally working with high-value products and longer sales cycles
-
Experience selling into food manufacturing environments would be beneficial but not essential
-
Background in packaging machinery, packaging solutions, or labels would be looked upon favorably
-
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in face-to-face meetings
-
A consultative, problem-solving mindset with a practical understanding of operations
-
A background or interest in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or similar.

Tertiary Education in Engineering, Sciences, Food Technology, or Business would all be very beneficial
-
High levels of self-motivation, professionalism, and commercial acumen
-
Willingness to travel nationally, with occasional international travel for training or events
