Brand manager Wanted
Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Auckland-based group holding company and become a part of a great team.
We are looking for ONE permanent full-time (at least 30 hours guaranteed, workdays from Monday to Friday) brand manager to grow with our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person and will allow access to a reputable and burgeoning company.
Job Duties:
· Undertaking market research and analyzing the findings, recommending advertising and marketing activities
· Plan and run social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu) and organize events to promote the business
· Analyze marketing data, advising on pricing and policies to help shape future marketing strategies
· Monitoring and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on the uptake of programs and services
· Managing and updating website and other social media platforms, improving the overall retail and online presence.
· Collect and analyze ongoing customer reviews, trends and patterns to identify areas for business growth and improvement
· Managing marketing and advertising budgets across the business and coordinate the development of marketing materials and campaigns with the various third-party specialist
· Identifying potential demand for new type of services after analyzing available statics and data
· Maintaining good relationships with clients, obtaining testimonials and referrals that can be used to promote our business
· Planning, developing, and organizing advertising strategies and campaigns to boost sales. Advising the management team on how to reach target clients and promote our travel services.
· Advising on all aspects of marketing, such as the travel product or package offerings, pricing, promotions and advertising distribution channels.
To be successful you will need to:
- Have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience, OR
- Have a level 4 or higher qualification in the relevant field or discipline, or a bachelor degree
- Have a "can-do" attitude and team spirit.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Advanced Computer literacy, communication skills and administrative skills
