We are currently searching for an experienced Construction Manager or and individual willing to step up to the role of CM to join our team. You will supervise our upcomming projects.
As a Construction Manager, you are required to coordinate and supervise the construction of civil engineering and building projects, ensuring efficient use of materials, equipment and personnel.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Management and supervision of subcontractors and field staff, collaborate and negotiate with clients,architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, local authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure project objectives, timeline and budget are met.
- Lead delivery team and ensures quality deliver of planning scheduling according to projects requirements
- Ensure project documents are complete and to document control standards
- Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with Operational teams.
- Contribute to the development of projects strategy, lead and oversee the entire life cycle of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to guide and support construction activities.
- Coordinates workforce allocation, material procurement, and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Consults with achitects, engineers, and trades specialists to resolve technical issues.
- Estimate labour, machinary, materials, and costs required for projects, and prepare detailed tenders and contract proposals.
- Develops and monitors work programs to maintain project schedules.
- Enforce compliance with legal regulations, safety protocols, building codes and quality benchmarks.
- Facilitates and supervise the submission of plans for approval, ensuring compliance with local authoriy regulations and managing the process of obtaining necessary permits and conducting inspections.
- Manages contracted or subcontracted construction services.
- Recruit, manage, coordinate and monitor the performance of workers.
- Conducts quality checkes and progress assessments for subcontractors.

About You
1.Three years industrial experiences or bachelor degree could replace the experiences
2. Excellent comminication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders up and downstream
3. Weekly hours from 30 to 40.
