Location: Hanmer Springs, Canterbury 

Salary: $28-$32 per hour based on experience

Minimum guaranteed hours of work: 30 hours per week

The minimum experience and qualifications for the job: Have a Diploma or above qualification, or at least three years of relevant experience

Job description: 

The core responsibilities of managing a store, include things like: 

Monitoring overall organisational performance;

Setting policies, rules and regulations to ensure company's objectives are met;

Managing staff (hiring, training, scheduling, etc.);

Overseeing sales and customer service; 

Managing inventory and stock levels; 

Ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably; 

Implementing marketing and promotional strategies.
