Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and plan the sourcing of equipment, materials, and services to meet operational needs. 

2. Assess and compare suppliers, evaluating product quality, pricing, and service offerings to select the most suitable vendors.

3. Maintain up-to-date records of purchases, supplier details, contracts, and stock levels.

4. Assist in preparing budgets and performing cost analysis to support purchasing decisions.

5. Ensure all procurement activities follow internal guidelines and comply with established purchasing procedures and policies.

Preferred Candidate would have:

A relevant academic qualification and/or work experience.
