We are looking for experienced and passionate Nail Technicians to join our busy beauty salon. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality beauty service and exceptional customer service in a clean, professional environment.

  • Hourly Rate: NZD $27 – $32 depending on skills and experience

  • Working Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week, up to 60 hours per week

  • Type of work: permanent full time

Key Responsibilities:

● Providing exceptional customer service.
● Provide the following services: Pedicure, Manicure, Gel, Shellac,Dipping and SNS
● Offering the clients hand and foot massage
● Removing previously applied polish and dead skins on customer’s nails
● Painting nails with normal or gel colours, SNS, Acrylic Nails
● Recommend colours, and designs based on each customer’s style
● Display and maintain stock of nail and beauty products.
● Maintain inventory and a clean workspace, follow all health and safety regulations.
● Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience OR a level 4 or higher qualification in nail technology, beauty therapy or relevant field

  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays and extended hours if required
