The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, versatile Business Analyst who thrives in dynamic environments. Someone who will enjoy a smaller team/business environment and is keen to get involved across the business. This is a role where you can take initiative and drive continuous improvement in everything from platform features to internal workflows.
It is ideal for someone who knows how to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats, bring practical solutions and who is outcome focused. (And gets stuff done!!)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Map and optimise data flows between systems and business functions.

Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business objectives.

Work with internal technical staff to support integration and reporting needs.

Document and assess current workflows for our product, services and operations.

Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or enhancements.

Leverage AI tools (e.g., GPT, RPA) for streamlining routine processes.

Engage with staff and partners to elicit and clarify business requirements.

Produce documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and SOPs.

Create simple wireframes and visual aids to support product discussions.

Ensure proposed solutions reflect user needs and business capabilities.

Define and execute test cases to validate new features and process changes.

Facilitate user acceptance testing with internal and external stakeholders.

Track assigned initiatives from scoping through delivery.

Manage timelines, risks, and communications with minimal supervision.

Generate regular summaries and progress updates for the Delivery Manager.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
-
5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar, ideally in a SaaS or healthcare environment

Experience working smaller teams where you are used to being hands-on, agile, and adaptable.

Experience in data handling, process mapping, and automation (ideally AI-powered tools) to support business growth and operational transformation.

Strong documentation, communication, and visualisation skills.

Familiarity with project and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Lucidchart, Miro, etc).

Adaptable and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving business.

A practical mindset — outcome-focused, solutions-driven, and happy to get stuck in

A friendly, collaborative style and a ‘let’s figure it out’ attitude.

Proficient with or good understanding of MySQL, FileMaker, PipeDrive and other applicable business applications. Additional Notes
