Carpet, Vinyl and Laminate Layer

Accurately measure and prepare subfloors for new installations

Lay carpet, vinyl and laminate flooring to client specifications

Cut and trim materials for tight, professional finishes

Seam and stretch carpet using industry-standard tools

Install underlayments and adhesives safely and efficiently

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance

Maintain tools, equipment and work vehicles in good order

Communicate closely with site supervisors and clients to keep projects running on schedule

 

 What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a carpet, vinyl and/or laminate installer (minimum 2 years)

Strong knowledge of installation techniques, adhesives and underlayments

Comfortable working on both residential and light commercial sites

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality finish

Full driver’s licence (Class 1) and reliable transport

Site Safe or willingness to obtain certification
