What we're looking for:

 

  • Valid STMS or TMO qualification
  • Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 a bonus!)
  • Proven experience working in traffic management
  • Strong awareness of health and safety protocols
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills


 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Set up, manage and pack down temporary traffic management sites
  • Ensure the safety of workers, motorists and pedestrians
  • Direct traffic using signs, radios, and hand signals
  • Follow all site-specific and general safety protocols
  • Work effectively as part of a team and take direction when needed
