Payrate: $35 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
    or

  • A Level 4 or higher relevant qualification.

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transport operations and driver dispatch schedules

  • Monitor fleet utilisation, fuel efficiency, and vehicle maintenance schedules

  • Ensure all transport operations comply with health and safety, NZTA, and regulatory standards

  • Manage customer relationships and respond to delivery or scheduling inquiries

  • Recruit, train, and supervise drivers and administrative staff

  • Prepare operational reports, analyse performance metrics, and suggest improvements

  • Liaise with external contractors, service providers, and compliance consultants

  • Maintain accurate records for vehicle use, delivery logs, and staff rosters

  • Ensure cost-effective and timely service delivery across all transport operations
