Sparkling Spring are a team of experienced professionals with over 15 years in the

water cooler industry. Our friendly, reliable team listens to customers needs and attends

to the smallest details. To enhance our team in Auckland , we are now looking for 2

Delivery and Service Technicians to join our team.

The working hours for our technicians will be Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 PM. We

are expecting someone who has an attention to details, ability to multi-task and be a

proactive member of the team.

Tasks Include:

Regular Duties for Delivery & Equipment Installation, Test & Maintenance:

Carry out scheduled equipment installation, test and maintenance system.

Respond to fault calls, resolve customer problems and order materials and

spares.

Provide customer training on equipment usage.

Carry out preventative maintenance as part of a scheduled visit.

Replace filters, fittings, gas cylinders and other parts as required.

Conduct the booked maintenance services to specified clients as per orders.

Ensure that all required goods/equipment are in good condition.

Drive company vehicle in a safe manner and complete required paperwork.

Ensure that customers and company property is not damaged during operations.

Physically fit who can lift heavy bottle for delivery

Provide professional and friendly customer service

No experience or qualification would be compulsory for this role. Full training

would be provided.

A valid forklift license would be preferred but not required
