Scaffolders

We are a fast-growing scaffolding company based in Drury, providing services across the greater Auckland region, with a primary focus on residential housing projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking skilled and reliable Scaffolders to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport scaffolding equipment to and from job sites.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding systems to create safe and stable working platforms on residential, commercial, and industrial building sites.
• Set out base plates and sole boards to ensure the stability of scaffolding structures.
• Assemble scaffolding frameworks by connecting vertical standards and horizontal ledgers and transoms using couplers and clamps.
• Secure scaffolds to buildings or other fixed structures using tie tubes for additional safety and stability.
• Lay down working platforms (battens) for use by construction workers and tradespeople.
• Safely and systematically disassemble scaffolding upon project completion.
• Install and remove temporary structures.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working at heights in outdoor conditions.
• Travel between various job sites as required.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A New Zealand Level 4 qualification in scaffolding, or at least two years of relevant work experience in the same field or industry.
• A strong work ethic with attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A reasonable level of physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor environments and at height.
• Candidates need to be NZ citizen/residents.
