Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Promotion Adviser to lead and enhance our sales and marketing functions. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth across our dealership and service divisions by developing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and executing targeted promotional initiatives.
🔧 About the Role
As our Sales and Promotion Adviser, you will take charge of:
Ø Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets for vehicles, financing options, and after‑sales services (repairs, maintenance, warranties), ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Ø Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies tailored to the automotive retail and services sector. Establish sales goals, quotas, pricing policies, and budget allocations for the sales and service departments.
Ø Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the dealership, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long‑term loyalty.
Ø Product Knowledge: Maintain in‑depth knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and maintenance services offered by the dealership. Guide staff to understand and communicate these benefits clearly and effectively to customers.
Ø Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability and proper merchandising of new and used cars, parts, and accessories for both sales and service departments.
Ø Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics, dealership KPIs, and service department data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data‑driven decisions.
✅ Key Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
OR
At least five years of relevant experience in retail sector, preferable that you have vehicle sales or automotive service marketing skills
Proven leadership and staff development skills
Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales analytics
