Job description:
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding following blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Sorting and stacking unused plant on site or at the yard.
- Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and team leader to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements and timelines.
- Wearing and using appropriate personal protective clothing and equipment at all the time while on site.
- Maintain records of scaffold inspections, repairs, and assembly/dismantling activities.
- Familiarizing self with Senior Scaffold Contracting’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Participating in Senior Scaffold Contracting’s Health and Safety system. Adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols while working at heights, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the construction site.
- Participating in Senior Scaffold Contracting’s regular training program.
- Reporting any Health and Safety issues, accidents or near misses, in accordance with Senior Scaffold Contracting’s policies and procedures
- Generally assisting in the smooth operation of Senior Scaffold Contracting’s business, which may include assisting in the yard, cleaning vehicles or work premises, or any other reasonable tasks as requested from time to time
Job pre-requisites:
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude
- Ability to work at heights and being physically fit
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
