MTN Kitchens & Maintenance Limited is a well-established construction and renovation company based in Auckland. We specialize in custom kitchens, interior fit-outs, and residential/commercial maintenance projects. With a growing portfolio of work, we are looking for two skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team.

The Role
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of construction and renovation tasks with high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. You will work across residential and commercial projects, including kitchen installations, cabinetry, framing, flooring, and general carpentry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, flooring, cabinetry, and finishing work
  • Read and interpret building plans and technical drawings
  • Install kitchens, benchtops, shelving, and other custom joinery
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Work independently and as part of a team on-site
  • Follow health and safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven 2 years’ experience as a Carpenter
  • Sound knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry methods
  • Ability to read plans and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
