Ozone Retail Limited is looking for an experienced Store Manager for our busy convenience store.
Job Purpose:
The Store Manager will be overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure efficient, profitable, and customer-focused service delivery. This role includes staff supervision, inventory management, sales performance monitoring, compliance with company policies, and assisting in strategic planning to improve store performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Planning, directing, and coordinating daily retail operations.

Supervise and provide training and support to retail staff.

Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer inquiries or complaints.

Manage stock levels and ensure stock is displayed and merchandised correctly.

Monitor sales and performance indicators to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory records, and financial documentation.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.

Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing efforts.

Open and close the store, including handling cash and banking procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.

Proven ability to lead a team and manage staff performance.

Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service standards.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.

A tertiary qualification in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
