Job Description

• Confirm work instructions with carpenters and supervisors, set up carpentry equipment at the beginning of the shift, and gather them at the end of day

• Read and follow blueprints to assess required tools, equipment, and supplies, and have them acquired

• Carry physical work required by carpenters or supervisors

• Deliver construction tools and supplies such as chisels, saws, drills, wood, nails and glue to appropriate jobsites in a timely manner

• Follow instructions to saw or cut wood, assemble boards and timbers, nail and glue them properly

• Assist in placing woodwork in required places so that it can be installed properly

• Oversee inventory of supplies and tools

Skills & Experience Required

▪ Able to work during weekend and overtime

▪ Minimum 2+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.

▪ Relevant carpentry qualifications are beneficial but not essential.

▪ Strong proficiency in structural framing, finishing carpentry, and reading plans.

▪ Strong commitment to health & safety protocols.

▪ Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy materials, and work at heights.

▪ Able to work during weekend and overtime
