CPCM Group Limited are now looking for a Site Foreman to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access to a reputable and experienced company.

 

We need at least two years working experiences or at least level 4 qualifcation in the relevant construction fields, such as construction management, construction project management or quantity surveying.

 

Key duties will include: 

 

  • Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites, directing on-site activities to ensure that construction progresses efficiently and within established timelines.

  • Oversee and coordinate building projects from planning through to completion, including new constructions, renovations, and alterations.

  •  Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment

  • Oversee health and safety on-site by implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

  •  Monitor high-risk construction activities to ensure that safety and environmental regulations are strictly followed.

  •  Arranging building inspections by local authorities

  •  Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work

  •  consulting with Architects, Engineering Professionals and other professionals, and Technical and Trades Workers

  •  Perform regular quality control inspections to ensure construction standards are met and workmanship aligns with project requirements.

  •  Liaise with director, project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are achieved.

  •  Manage the procurement, maintenance, and allocation of building equipment, tools, and materials to support uninterrupted construction activities.

  •  Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety

  •  

    Undertake additional tasks or respond to unforeseen site issues as required to support project progress and meet operational needs.
