**Hourly Rate:** NZD$27 – $35 (depending on experiences)

 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dairy stores across multiple locations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, driving sales, managing staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned dairy stores

  • Supervise and coordinate staff, including rostering and training

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and food handling regulations

  • Manage budgets and achieve sales targets

  • Handle customer queries and complaints

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store

  • Prepare regular performance and financial reports


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or dairy management experience

  • Proven ability to manage teams and retail operations

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Sound knowledge of stock control and basic accounting

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively


📘 Qualifications:

  • A Level 6 qualification or higher in related field.

  • Equivalent work experiences considered in lieu of formal qualification
